Simplicity and Elegance

are what I believe in!

From basic levels to professional levels
I want you to enhance the natural beauty that God has given you.

Hey girl,

I’m Tamara. If you’re a beauty enthusiast, a makeup pal or you just want to be able to apply your makeup professionally and effortlessly while still enjoying the process, then I think you’re going to like it here…

I know that trying to apply makeup can seem overwhelming and intimidating to some of you. The Makeup Memo is all about learning. It will teach you how to improve your makeup application with just the most basic skills, and if you already have advanced makeup skills, It will take them to the next level.

I grew up with passion for art and creativity at a young age. Completely inspired by women demonstrating how to apply makeup, the thing that used to be a hobby made me decide to take actual steps forward to learn from the makeup artist professionals. I created The Makeup Memo because I want to share my passion for makeup with you and I also want to help out beginners who feel like they’re hamsters running on a treadmill and getting nowhere.

I am not ashamed to admit that when I first started to learn how to apply makeup as a professional I made a ton of mistakes. It’s funny to remember now the moments I messed up! I still remember how nervous I was when I applied makeup on my first model! It doesn’t matter now, what matters is that I took the first step! Without all the practices and tension that comes with it I wouldn’t have progressed and reached where I am in my makeup skills.

This blog’s purpose is to be supportive and informative all at the same time. I want you to be able to enhance the natural beauty that God has given you. I want you to be a part of The Makeup Memo, share your experiences and support others in this makeup community.

I’m here to help you improve your makeup skills, uplift your confidence and self love. Welcome all skill levels.
I hope you’ll join me for the ride!
